Lunches are packed in picnic baskets, perfect for exploring the grounds \u2014 choose a picnic table, or bring a blanket to relax under the shade of the trees in the Pecan Grove.<\/p>\n<p>Quiessence is The Farm&#8217;s upscale, fine-dining restaurant. \u00a0A romantic dining setting, Quiessence features a tasting menu showcasing freshly harvested vegetables, edible flowers, eggs, and herbs picked within hours from the on-site Soil and Seed Garden as well as locally sourced produce and meat. Brisket Sandwich<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>There is so much going on in this sweet potato breakfast, not the least of which is absolute deliciousness. \u00a0Every ingredient plays off every other ingredient, a blend of sweet, savory piquant elements that bring out one anothers&#8217; best. \u00a0The brisket (smoked on the premises) is of Texas brisket quality with a discernible, but not overwhelming smoke. \u00a0Honey-bacon crumbles counterbalance the salty, savory Cheddar while the sweet caramelized onions are a nice foil for the rich, creamy eggs over easy. \u00a0This is a confluence of fabulous flavors that come together to create a better &#8220;whole.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>2 January 2024<\/strong>: In 2014, Chef Claudio Urciuoli (one of my culinary heroes) co-founded the oven-focused Noble Eatery under the banner of <a href=\"https:\/\/noblebread.com\/eatery\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Noble Bread&#8217;s<\/strong><\/a> already established name. \u00a0 \u00a0Noble Eatery quickly became one of the Valley&#8217;s most popular dining destinations. \u00a0Though Chef Urciuoli left Noble Eatery, the bakery and eatery continue to thrive. \u00a0It made me very happy to hear my Kim order the <em><strong>Noble Bread brisket and eggs sandwich<\/strong><\/em>, a breakfast offering truly worthy of nobility. \u00a0 This sandwich is constructed with house-smoked brisket, caramelized onions, oven-dried tomatoes, New Mexico &#8220;chili&#8221;
