While Poké Serrano was an Asian-Latin fusion restaurant offering Poké bowls alongside items like tacos, ramen, and steak, Line + Tide Poké Bar is a dedicated Hawaiian-style Poké restaurant focusing strictly on fresh, custom-built Poké bowls and specialized island-style menu items. It occupies a space that previously housed a sushi restaurant. It’s not a large space and is configured with seating on one side and a long counter on the other. Within that counter you’ll espy gleaming silver trays brimming with fresh ingredients from which an eager staff will prepare your Poké dish. For diners with a sweet tooth, a number of Bundt Donuts featuring several unique, Asian-inspired and seasonal flavor are also available.

The New Mexico Bowl

Line + Tide’s concept is diner-friendly.
