Citizens of the Land of Enchantment, it seems, prefer to spend their discretionary income elsewhere. Monique Jacobson, Secretary of New Mexico’s Tourism Department, hopes to change that with a number of initiatives targeted at reminding New Mexico’s citizenry of all there is to do and see in our state.
